Advisory Board

An Advisory Board of public health experts provides strategic direction to Axios Healthcare Development (AHD), who implements the GARDASIL Access Program. The Advisory Board provides advice and technical suggestions to optimize efficacy and quality of the GARDASIL Access Program, reviews program applications and recommends programs to AHD that meet the criteria for receiving GARDASIL donations.

The GARDASIL Access Program Advisory Board is composed of members chosen with wide geographic representation. GARDASIL Access Program Advisory Board members come from professional backgrounds suitable to advising on the complexities of a vaccination access program within resource-restrained settings. Qualifications include, but are not limited to, general medicine, gynecology and obstetrics, vaccination, women’s health, global health, health and development.

GARDASIL Access Program Advisory Board members for the 2010-2012 period include:
