Advisory Board

An Advisory Board of public health experts provides strategic direction to Axios Healthcare Development (AHD), who implements the GARDASIL® Access Program. The Advisory Board provides advice and technical suggestions to optimize efficacy and quality of the GARDASIL® Access Program, reviews program applications and recommends programs to AHD that meet the criteria for receiving GARDASIL® donations.

The GARDASIL® Access Program Advisory Board is composed of members chosen with wide geographic representation. GARDASIL® Access Program Advisory Board members come from professional backgrounds suitable to advising on the complexities of a vaccination access program within resource-restrained settings. Qualifications include, but are not limited to, general medicine, gynecology and obstetrics, vaccination, women’s health, global health, health and development.
